The panel will then discuss the Attorney General’s interests with respect to the fundraising of charitable funds and his role in the probate process. The final area of discussion will concern the Attorney General’s perspective on the modification of donor intent—approximation (cy pres) and equitable deviation—and his available remedies for the misuse of charitable funds.
