The True Frontier of Estate Planning: Effective Collaboration

The outer boundary of estate planning isn’t the degree to which a brilliantly technical solution can be developed; the boundary of an estate plan is the extent to which you can successfully engage every necessary party at the table. That means the real frontier is our ability to collaborate, not just solve.

During this presentation Fithian will take on the challenges that exist within collaboration and provide the structure and thinking to evolve the ways in which each of you think, feel and act around collaboration.  In true collaboration everyone at the table wins and the outcomes achieved are far greater than any one advisor could have created on his/her own.  The best part about it is, when everyone wins the process just simply feels better.
